Astonishingly Simple and Delicious!
![]() As the title says, all you really need is a banana, an avocado, a kiwi, and a fork and board and you're set! Peel all three fruits, cut them up, and then mash them together with a fork until it's all one gooey pulp and serve in a bowl or plate. That's it! Infants love it, and you can also make a delicious smoothie with these same ingredients. For best results, make sure the fruit is ripe and fresh and preferably organic.
