The Banana, Avocado, and Kiwi Mash
Astonishingly Simple and Delicious!

Here is an incredibly simple yet delicious and healthy snack you can prepare in minutes with no cooking or heating involved! It's one of my favorites and is simply called the banana, avocado, and kiwi mash.

As the title says, all you really need is a banana, an avocado, a kiwi, and a fork and board and you're set! Peel all three fruits, cut them up, and then mash them together with a fork until it's all one gooey pulp and serve in a bowl or plate. That's it! Infants love it, and you can also make a delicious smoothie with these same ingredients. For best results, make sure the fruit is ripe and fresh and preferably organic.

This recipe will make one small serving. For bigger portions simply double or triple each of the fruit. You can add other ingredients as preferred.
