Astrology Personalizes Everything

One of the most important roles of astrology is that it personalizes everything. Everything has a horoscope or chart whether it's a person, place, thing, or even idea. And how that other chart relates to yours is what makes it personal.

The condition of our cosmos becomes personalized in you at the time and place of your birth. Yes, all those stars and planets, including the Earth have a rich history which becomes part of you when you take your first breadth.

You get to inherit and express some of the joys , sorrows, and inclinations of that great entity called Mars or Jupiter, depending on where they were located at your birth. I say some, because we can only take in one twelfth of the full characteristics of each of these planetary beings per incarnation. The being called Mars has been through all twelve of the zodiac signs or houses through its many lifetimes before being venerated in the sky so that you too can experience all twelve of these facets throughout your incarnations. In fact, there is a school of thought that you cannot leave the wheel of incarnation until you have experienced all of the planets in all of the signs.

Why has astronomy divorced itself from astrology? They were once inseparable until the 20th century when science arrogantly made itself more important. In this "little season" we are living through, everything has been turned on its head. Astrology gives personal and spiritual meaning to the heavenly bodies through its ancient symbolism whereas astronomy simply sees them as cold material objects to be studied and catalogued. Yes, astrologers need astronomers to calculate the planetary positions, but astronomers also need astrologers to understand the history and mythology behind them and their relevence to our lives..

We live in a visual universe where what appears to be is as important or more so than what something may actually be. Astronomers say the planets are so very big and distant that they make us almost insignificant, but is this really the case? Is the Sun almost one million miles in diameter and some 92 million miles away, or is it, like the ancients believed, an entity within our own atmosphere and some thirty plus miles in diameter? I believe the heavenly bodies are actually projections onto the dome from the inner earth sun, but that is my own belief.

The beauty of astrology is that it is a universal way of categorizing anything here on Earth through the principles of time and space. Any person or object begins its life with a permanent blueprint or map of the planetary pattern at birth. The planetary pattern fixes the genetic pattern endowing the object or individual with certain characteristics or tendencies. These characteristics are spiritual in nature but also affect the physical appearance to a great degree (alongside with hereditary factors). The Ascendant or Rising Sign, which is the influence of the Earth, has the strongest effect on the physical appearace, followed by that of the Moon and Sun, and then the other planets. The nature of the characteristics depend on the sign or zodiac positions of these planets, and the signs depend on the spatial geometry of the ecliptic.

Not only people, but animals, plants, trees, rocks, houses, streets, vehicules, businesses, countries, nations, races, tribes, events, books, ideas, concepts, and anything else you can think of has a birth chart, so long as it can be timed and located in reference to the ecliptic plane. Even your TV. phone, computer or the pen in your hand has a birth chart and therefore its own particular personality or tendencies! Why do you trip over or bump into a certain object and then get mad at it? Because there is a certain negative planetary aspect between your charts! Why does your clothing get ripped by a sharp or protruding object? Because the two charts are in conflict! Astrological relationships between people or objects are subtle but real.

absolutely everything in astrology has a birth chart

Not only do people and things have charts, but they may have past life associations as well. Why are you drawn to or repelled by certain people, places, or things? Besides the current chart interactions, those people, places, or things may carry past life energies which you may sense and relate to subconciously. Remember that your subconcious is your entire past both in this life and others and may consist of some 90 per cent or more of your being. Visiting some foreign city or country for example, may awaken past life memories which are then filtered through your chart. Yes, your chart can maximize or minimize certain past life tendencies and associations.
