Etamin the Dragon Star

Fixed star Etamin , also known as Eltanin, Rastaban, and Gamma Draconis, is a 2.2 magnitude orange star in the right eye of the Draco constellation. Etamin means dragon or serpent and gives much power. It is directly overhead London at 51.5 declination latitude, and has been so for hundreds of years. Astrologically, Etamin is currently at 28 Sag 17 (2022), which is very close to the Galactic Center. Here is a table of Etamin's tropical longitude and declination at 50 year intervals since 1600 AD, along with those of the Galactic center.

As you will notice, Etamin's declination changes very little over hundreds of years which explains the long-term power of cities located on that latitude. London's latitude is 51 deg 30 min 26 sec North which is pretty much exactly that of Etamin's, especially during the late 1800's, and will be again in the 2400's.

Etamin transitions from Sagittarius into Capricorn between the years of 2144 to 2147. The Galactic Center transitions from Sagittarius into Capricorn between the years of 2225 to 2226. Both Etamin and the Galactic Center are roughly always one degree of longitude apart. However, they vary considerably by latitude or declination.

Other cities close to 51degrees 28 minutes 55 seconds North latititude (Etamin's current declination for late 2022) are Cardiff, Wales at 51N28/54 and Greenwich, England at 51N28/57. Both are pretty exact, off by only a few seconds. If we allow a 1 degree orb on either side of 51N28/55 or roughly 50N29 to 52N29, we get the following cities...

50N27 Kiev, Ukraine
50N27 Regina, Saskatchewan

Is Etamin the Dragon Star the great source of Great Britain's power, and will it empower other cities when they come under its exact declination, and does Etamin's longitude or closeness to the Galactic Center have any bearing? Interesting questions to ask!
