I have seen the effect of this aspect in many charts and there are several ways to describe it - spiritual genius, boundless vision, incredible faith and luck,
super abundance, total freedom, highest altruism, giants in their field, etc.
It can be in earth, or water, or fire, or air, or in any house, but when these two come together harmoniously -miracles happen. That's because Jupiter is spirit or divinity and Uranus is truth or purity. You can't get higher in vibration than these two. The people in whose charts I observe it have an incredible range of understanding and wisdom, like prophets and seers and scientists combined into one. The planets don't have to be in degree aspect either -the signs or elements will suffice, but the closer the aspect, the more intense it will be felt. Nor do these two giants have to be in trine only: a conjunction or sextile or even opposition will do. The important thing is that they resonate harmoniously with each other. The planetary natures are already compatible, so imagine what compatible signs or elements will do. It is true that Jupiter works best in fire and Uranus in air, but even in earth or water, they produce astounding results. It's just that the field or focus will change. The fire-air combo will produce pure philosophers and geniuses while the earth-water combo will be a little more practical and divert all that wisdom and benevolence into helping others emotionally and financially. The first will produce thinkers and writers and idealists and visionaries while the latter will produce psychologists and careworkers and funders and providors. Both are benevolent, unlimited, and freedom-loving, and if they speak the same language(element), there are no limits as to what they can do together. Although the conjuncton may be more powerful, the trine is more magical and divine. The differences of both planets will not be stark or get in the way, and everything will flow more smoothly. As a transit, Jupiter trine Uranus is a good time to expand our awareness and spirituality and get involved in humanitarian ventures. It opens up a huge window for truth and freedom, and travel, exploration, and discovery or invention also do well at this time.
