Dear Ones,
We welcome you all to the world of what soon will become the incarnation of the FATHER's LOVE and LIGHT in the physical. As you may have noticed over the last few days time seems greatly accelerated from your linear perspective. The overall vibration of this planet is gaining momentum and building up speed to project itself successfully through the impending last stargate on the planet5's ascension course. Hold on, for life as you know it this day will never be the same and with each new day further developments will unfold in an endless progression of evolution. Drink plenty of 'good' water during this time to help your physical body in particular to assimilate these changes. Be aware of the potential for extreme fatigue and the need to rest. It may overtake you unexpectedly so make time to rest. Following your body's needs is of prime importance now, more so than most things in your life. Your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies will all be significantly affected and need time to assimilate and integrate the myriad of energetic changes on all levels.

Some may find themselves irritable during this time of adjustment as massive amounts of emotional release are precipitated by passage through the stargate. Some will find themselves feeling weepy and out of control. Try to minimize outward activities for a time and be kind to yourselves as you adjust to a level of vibration you have never been capable of holding before ina physical body.

It will take significant focus within the first few weeks to maintain any level of consistency . Do not despair of falling back into former levels of existence. Trust that with Our assistance We will help you to balance and solidify your intent to remain in the higher levels you have worked your way into. There are countless members of the spiritual realm supporting this process and the foundation currently being created is solid and will withstand the greatest challenges manifested. Stick close to Us as you continue to expand your knowing and experience of the FATHER's LOVE for all CREATION. The expression blooming forth is like no other that has ever been. Rejoice in the opportunity each of you is being given. It is a gift beyond measure.
