If you are born on the cusp(first or last day of a sign) it would be wise to get a more precise calculation for your year of birth.
The notion that you can partake of both signs is total folly. You are either one Sun sign or the other. Your sense that you can be both
is usually due to the fact that Mercury, Venus, or some other planet is in that sign.

The Moon's True North Node
The Moon's North Node is where the lunar plane intersects with the ecliptic in its northbound journey. It describes qualities we need to develop in this lifetime.
Tables or a daily ephemeris of the Moon's True North Node position for the years 1900 to 2025 AD can be found here.
The Moon's Mean North Node
The Moon's Mean North Node is the AVERAGE motion wheareas the True North Node takes into account retrograde motion. Both are the same points but calculated slightly
differently and can vary by a few degrees. Tables or a daily ephemeris of the Moon's Mean North Node position for the years 1900 to 2025 AD can be found
The Earth/Ascendant or Rising Sign|
The Earth is a plane which affects us astrologically in
a special way -via the ascendant or rising sign. The Earth always being exactly opposite the Sun in a chart is a purely astronomical notion and has no astrological validity. Determining your exact Ascendant position requires your exact time and place of birth since it is based on the Sun's 24 hour motion in relation to it(one ascendant roughly every two hours), and the tables and mathematics involved cannot be listed here. Below is a very rough way to determine your
ascendant or rising sign.
The order or sequence of the signs is: Aries, Taurus, Gemeni, Cancer, Leo, Virgo,
|If you were born between the hours of 04 and 06 am ||your Ascendant is the same as your Sun sign|
|If you were born between the hours of 06 and 08 am ||your Ascendant is one sign after your Sun sign|
|If you were born between the hours of 08 and 10 am ||your Ascendant is two signs after your Sun sign|
|If you were born between the hours of 10 and 12 am ||your Ascendant is three signs after your Sun sign|
|If you were born between the hours of 12 and 02 pm ||your Ascendant is four signs after your Sun sign|
|If you were born between the hours of 02 and 04 pm ||your Ascendant is five signs after your Sun sign|
Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces(followed by Aries again).

The MidHeaven or Sky
This part of your chart also changes roughly every two hours and is usually two to four signs before your Ascendant. The Midheaven is probably
the least understood or researched part of astrology yet it is touted to be as important as the Ascendant or any other planet. The Midheaven is
measured or computed astrologically via the longitude of birth as it intersects the ecliptic. Geocentrically speaking, it is the highest point
in the sky along the ecliptic, hence its name the Midheaven or "middle of heaven". It supposedly describes your alter ego, public or professional
status, and parental influence. Further research is definitely required and here are the Ingress
Tables to help you do so. Is the Midheaven a legitimate planetary influence? and if so what sign(if any) is it connected to? These
are important questions.

Mercury and Venus
Mercury is never more than 28 degrees away from the Sun, so it can only be in the same sign as your Sun, or the sign before or after it.
If you are born in the first ten days of your sign, Mercury will be either in the same sign as your sun or the sign before it. If you are
in the middle ten days of your Sun sign, Mercury will in all likelihood be in the same sign as your Sun. If you are born in the last ten
days of your Sun sign, Mercury will either be in the same sign or after.
Mercury rules Gemini/Virgo and is your communication planet. Masculine Mercury signs(Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius,
and Aquarius) are loud and talkative, whereas feminine Mercury signs(Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn, and Pisces) are quiet and

Icarus is the closest largest near-Earth asteroid to the Sun taking 1.12 years to make a complete orbit. At its perihelion it is inside
the orbit of Mercury and at its aphelion it is past Mars. It is 1.4 km wide and inclined at 22.8 degrees to the ecliptic. It was discovered in 1949 and named after the mythical Icarus who flew too close too the Sun and fell to his death. Occasionally it comes close to Earth, such as in June 1968, June 1996, and June 2015. For tables of Icarus for 1900 to 2030 AD click here.
Mars and the Asteroids

Ceres was discovered on January 1st 1801 by Giuseppe Piazzi and was immediately accepted as a planet. The later discoveries of Vesta, Juno, Pallas, and other smaller bodies
caused it to be demoted to an asteroid in 1802. Modern telescopic observations of Ceres, however, show it to be spherical and very similar in composition to the terrestial planets
despite its small size and it is now being reinstated as a "dwarf planet" by the IAU. It is some 587 miles in diameter and orbits the Sun in 4.59 years, taking an average
of 4.5 months to go through a sign. Ceres is an agricultural godess closely linked to Virgo(and Cancer). For pictures and a short article click here.

Outer Planet Ephemeris|
The planets beyond the asteroid belt affect us both personally and collectively. Jupiter and Saturn are concerned with international and global affairs,
Uranus and Neptune are interplanetary, Pluto and Eris are interstellar, and Sedna is galactic. Aspects between these planets, particularly conjunctions, reveal long-term
trends and influences that shape our history as a collective species. For an ephemeris of these planets for the last two millenniums click

Fouteen Planet Ephemeris|
Here is a fourteen-planet ephemeris created for astrological purposes, incorporating the main ten planets from Sun to Pluto plus four
others which many astrologers have come to accept or are seriously considering. Ceres was once accepted as a planet in the early 1800's before being demoted, but has recently
made a comeback as the only inner dwarf planet. Chiron was discovered in 1977, and although quite small, leads the centaurs and packs quite a wallop according to many astrologers.
Eris, discovered in 2005, rivals Pluto in both size and possibly influence, and outermost Sedna is in as class all by itself. Click

Dwarf Planet Ephemeris|
Here is an ephemeris of the most widely known "dwarf" planets known so far for the years 1900 to 2035 AD. For an ephemeris of Ceres, also catalogued as a dwarf planet, see the
Ceres heading between Mars and Jupiter. Other possible dwarfs include the 2002 series(TC302, Ux25, Aw197, and Tx30) which are not included here. Click

In 1889, L.H. Weston reported what he said was a planet transiting across the face of the Sun. He gave it a perod of 18.6 days and called
it Vulcan, after the god of smithing. As o today Vulcan's existence has never been scientifically proven. It's nature is supposedly combustible, explosive, and ethereal
and rules weather and gases. It is overwhelmingly linked to the sign of Virgo. For an ephemeris of intra-Mercurial Vulcan for the years 1900 to 2025 AD click here.
Lilith is the demon godess of astrology bent on taking revenge on all male human births. She was the first woman, Adam's equal,
refusing to be dominated by him, and Eve's serpent tempter in the Garden. Astrologically, Lilith represents your dark or weak side. Astronomically, Lilith is the apogee
point in the Moon's orbit, postulated by astrologers in 1918. This dark or invisible "second moon" of the Earth takes 8 years and 10 months to complete an orbit
and spending a little over 8 months in each sign. For tables of Lilith in the signs for 1900 to 2025 AD click here.
The 8 Uranians|
Transneptunians postulated by Alfred Witte of Germany, from the nearest -Cupido(Libra), the god of love, to the farthest -Poseidon(Pisces),

Touted by several authors(Hawkins,Whitney,Vaughn, etc.) to be the next major planetary discovery beyond Pluto. Transpluto
or Persephone supposedly has an orbit of about 676 years with an inclination to the ecliptic twice that of Pluto. It spends anywhere from
30 to 90 years in each zodiac sign and is often assigned as the true ruler of Libra, Taurus, or Virgo.

Harrington's Planet X
Robert Sutton Harrington, astronomer at the USNO(United States Naval Observatory) postulated a body beyond Pluto with a 1000 year orbit based on the perturbations
of Uranus and Neptune which tiny Pluto could not account for. For an ephemeris based 0n Harrinton's work for the years 1900 to 2031 AD click here

Vulcan-Dark Star or our Sun's binary is perhaps the last mystery to be solved concerning our solar system. This dark and portentious body is a
brown dwarf or failed star with a highly inclined and elongated orbit stretching in the thousands of years and causing havoc as it nears our planetary system. click here

Nibiru is the fabled twelfth planet of Sitchin and Sumerian fame presumably lying somewhere in the dark
recesses of space beyond Pluto and the Kuiper belt and coming as close as the astroid belt between Mars and Jupiter with a highly elongated and eccentric orbit of some 3600 years.
It is believed to be the home of the Annunaki and the cause of many of the changes or upheavals in our solar system from the creation of homosapiens on Earth to the
wars and destruction which cratered and scarred planets like the Moon, Mars, and the Earth. For an experimental ephemeris of Nibiru based on Sitchin's studies and

The Unknown Planets|
In his book, The Unknown Planets, Charles A. Jayne presents a unique and insightful survey of the many unseen or
unrecognized planets in our solar system, from intra-mercurial Vulcan to a monadic body half a million AU from our sun. His contact with
psychics, masters, and higher beings, as well as his own genius have made the following imformation and tables possible. For a summary
of the main points of this book click here.
The most famous of the comets named after Sir Edmund Halley who predicted its return for 1757(off by about two years due to the gravitaion of Jupiter and Saturn).
It is only some ten miles long and has a long elliptical orbit of 75 to 76 years. It's last appearance was in 1986 and its next is due for 2061/62. Records of its appearances
may go back as far as 2467 BC. Its periodical return appears to coincide with important worlwide events. For tables of Halley's comet through the signs for the
years 1909 to 2012 click here.
Comet Lovejoy C/2011 W3|
Perhaps the closest sungrazer of them all discovered in November of 2011 and reaching perihelion(87,000 miles from the Sun) on Dec 16 of the same year. It takes 622
years to complete one orbit and spends most of its time in tropical Cancer. For tables of comet Lovejoy for the years 1600 to 2100 AD click here.
The most conspicuous comet of the 20th century named after the astronomers Alan Hale and Thomas Bopp who co-discovered it in July of 1995. It is one of the largest
comets known and has a long orbit of over 2500 years. It was thought by some Sitchin followers to be the famed Nibiru and was seen by the Heaven's Gate cult as their passage to
Heaven(through suicide) due to their belief that it was followed by a Messianic ship. For tables of Halley's comet through the signs for the
years 1900 to 1998 click here.
One of the brightest and most controversial comets of the last century named after the NEAT observatory in Hawaii. Was NEAT a comet or something else? This is the question
that raised controversy during its appearance. Little is known or revealed about its true nature. For tables of Comet NEAT through the signs for the
years 1900 to 2025 click here.
A periodic but unpredictable comet between Mars and Jupiter with a period of about 7 years. It flared up in October 2007 becoming as large as the
Sun before fizzling out again. It was discovered in Britain in 1892 by astronomer Edwin Holmes. For tables of Comet 17P/Holmes through the signs for the
years 1900 to 2025 click here.
C/2010x1 or Elenin|
"Comet" Elenin was discovered in December of 2010 by Russian astronomer Leonid Elenin. It has an extremely long and
elliptical orbit of 11,800 years and a semi-major axis of 520 AU(aphelion of 1043 AU). It has an inclination of 1.839° to the ecliptic
and will reach perihelion on Sep.10,2011. It comes closest to the Earth on Oct.16, 2011.

Perhaps the most anticipated comet of all time. Discovered in 2012, comet Ison or C/2012 S1 was discovered on 21 September, 2012 by two Russian astronomers. It passed by
Mars on Oct.1st, 2013 leaving the planet in a strange glow and then headed for the Sun where it reaches perihelion on November 28, 2013. It then passes close to Earth in early to mid
January 2014. For tables of Ison for the years 1600 to 2200 AD click here.
The Fixed Stars|
The stars, while not as powerful as the planets, can have an important modifying effect on your chart. The star must be conjunct and within one degree
of a planet or natal point. Some stars are benevolent while others are malevolent or neutral. Fantastic wealth or fame or continuous ruin and scandal is probably
the effect of some star over one or more of your planets. The astrological influence of the stars is a lost or forgotten part of Astrology, and this is a shame,
for they connect us with the rest of the universe. For a listing of major stars click here.
Star Ingress Table|
When a star traverses from one sign to the next major cosmic changes occur which are refected on a planetary and even individual level.
Because they remain in a sign for so long(over 2000 years) their influence is practically inperceptible -except for those crossover points. The power of
these stellar influences is in their subtlety and depth and collective influence. For tables on some of the most recent star changes click here.
