This Moon is just the opposite of Moon in Leo: it likes hard work and routine and detail and couldn't care less about fame or status(unless there are other strong indicators in the chart). What it does care about is the personal satisfaction and pleasure obtained from a job well done. These people need order and structure in their daily lives and a job or service at which they can become highly proficient. Any kind of technical or secretarial position will do, as will a medical, dietary, physical fitness, or environmental position. They are efficiency experts who will find the flaw and correct it(somtimes I think the Moon is at home in Virgo).
