The planet Uranus(ruler of Aquarius), for example, was discovered(in 1781) largely by chance or luck(Sagittarius on the eleventh house). The planet Neptune(ruler of Pisces), was discovered(in 1846) largely through mathematical means(Capricorn on the eleventh house). Pluto(ruler of Scorpio), was found(in 1930) through painstaking methodical observation and analysis(Virgo on the eleventh house). What about as yet undiscovered planets such as for the true rulers of Taurus/Libra or Gemini/Virgo? Taurus has Pisces as its eleventh house, so this sign should give us clues as to how the ruler of Taurus should be(or was) discovered(through psychic or mystical means?) Libra has Leo as its eleventh house so this sign should give us some good clues as to the manner of discovery for Libra's ruler(through brilliant or leisurely means?) Gemini has Aries as its eleventh house so this sign should give us an indication of how Gemini's ruler should be(or was) discovered(by being "first" or "fiery" in some way?) Virgo has Cancer as it's eleventh house, so this sign should in some way indicate the means by which Virgo's ruler will be discovered(emotional, maternal, core-like, embryonic?) The full nature or circumstance of any planet(or sign) can be more fully understood or revealed by considering its houses. Jupiter(or Sagittarius) for example, has Capricorn as its second house so that this planet(or sign) is scarce or lacking in the material or financial sense. Jupiterians are tight on money and resources and highly value the virtues of restraint and control. Aquarius as the third house gives them a zany and original mentality or method of communication -lots of geniuses here. Pisces on the fourth would indicate a nebulous or mystical homelife or upbringing -could this also describe Jupiter's highly "cloudy" or "gaseous" environment? Aries on the fifth means Jupiterians are very active in sports and games and love and all manner of love or creativity. Jupiter may well have given birth to Mars(Aries on the fifth) -hence its Great RED Spot. Taurus on the sixth makes Sag a slow but productive worker -someone who likes building things. They also specialize as bankers, singers, and throat specialists. The weather is fairly stable or predictable on Jupiter. Gemini on the seventh house means lots of diverse relationships, public speaking, and international or interplanetary trade and commerce. Polygamous marriages? Cancer on the eigth . Leo on the ninth places great prominence or importance on moral and spiritual issues and Jupiterians, of course, LOVE to travel. Many actually voyage to the Sun. Virgo on the tenth makes Jupiterians extremely selective about their professions and many become technical experts or healers. Libra on the eleventh house make Jupiterians just and honorable friends and Scorpio on the twelfth hides deadly or passonate sins. You can do this for any other planet(or sign) and come up with some truly interesting results. What this goes to show is that all of the signs(and planets) are interrelated and elucidate some part of the other depending on the vantage point. |
