| True to her Geminian versatility, Priscilla Presley, has quite a wide range of accomplishments to her credit. After Elvis' death in 1979, she became co-executor of Graceland and chairwoman and president of Elvis Presley Enterprises. In the same year, she and daughter Lisa-Marie were introduced to Scientology by John Travolta -a belief she maitains to this day. In the 1980-81 period she co-hosted Those Amazing Animals with Burgess Meredith, and between 1983 and 1988 she played Jenna Wade on Dallas. In 1985 she authored the book Elvis and Me, and between 1988 and 1994 she starred in the Naked Gun movie trilogy alongside Leslie Nielsen. In the 1990's she promoted perfumes and bed linens, and In 2000 she was appointed a Board of Director for MGM(2000-). In 2006 she separated from her 22-year marriage with Brazillian screenwriter-director Marco Garibaldi. Their union produced a son, and she still currently lives in her Beverly Hills mansion. | |
