The Federal Reserve is a private banking cartel made up of 13 member banks designed to oversee and/or regulate the US economy and its foreign
interests. Many, however, believe it has become a global parasite feeding off and manipulating the wealth and hard work of everyone under it.
The Federal Reserve banking system was enacted into being by US President Woodrow Wilson on the evening of December 23rd, 1913 in Washington DC, and it's economic policies are thought to have instigated World Wars I & II as well as the financial collapses preceding or following them. The Federal Reserve is a very private club answering to no one but itself and practices what is known as fractional reserve lending (creating more money than there actually is) which is largely responsible for the enormous debt of most countries and individuals. It has become so strong or all-pervading that those brave few who have tried to bring it down, (such as Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy), are duly eliminated, or face severe repercussions. The eventual goal of the Federal Reserve is total economic control of the planet. This can only be achieved through a central worldwide banking system in a New World Order where only a few individuals make all the decisions. This push towards globalization, however, is inherently evil, as it ends up benefitting only those few at the top at the expense of everyone else.

| The Federal Reserve horoscope shows a Cancer-Capricorn emphasis which is common in the charts of wealthy people or corporations. Mars with Neptune and Pluto on the Ascendant shows them to be an aggressive but mysterious and secretive bunch, and Aries on the MC is also known for its aggressive or warring public image. One is immediately struck by the exact Sun-Pluto opposition exactly squaring the MC. This is a powerful T-square configuration made more so by the cardinal emphasis. Libra, however, is missing here, so that all justice, balance, or harmony flies out the window! Sun in Capricorn is not surprising for such a chart as this placement puts material security or power above all else. Jupiter in Capricorn elevates this to an international level, and both are in in the 7th house of public relations. Also not surprising is the fact that the signer of the Act, Woodrow Wilson, also has the Sun in Capricorn(Dec.28, 1856). Corporate power is often associated with the sign of Capricorn -especially the Sun, The Sun-Pluto opposition is particularly notable indicating power-obssessive relationships or dealings of an underground or subversive nature. Cancer rising with Mars conjunct is very personable, emotional, direct, and colorful which is quite opposite the drab or predictable Capricornian nature. Family, security, status, and career dominate these two signs. Leo on the 2nd house shows that money dominates and that much is spent on opulence and entertainment, or that much is earned from such. Virgo on the third house shows very precise or selective daily contacts, and Libra on the 4th indicates beautiful homes or living environments. Moon in Scorpio in the 5th shows intense(and secretive) activity with children, love, sex, and entertainment. Mercury and Venus in Sag in the 6th show a surprising amount of openness or ethics especially when it comes to work or health matters and their work often involves long distance travel, teaching, and publication. Sun and Jupiter in the 7th has much public influence and Uranus in the 8th explores sex and the occult and unusual avenues of investment. Uranus is powerful in its own sign of Aquarius so that these people possess great occult or scientific truths which they undoubtedly profit from. Pisces on the 9th is a mystical or laissez-faire philosophy which promotes deception and illusion and their travels and destinations are kept secret. Aries on the 10th with MC at critical 0° excels at being active, decisive, and aggressive, and carving out their own destinies as well as those of others. Taurus on the 11th is what excites or engages them -money! There is an unlimited ability or genius to make money or acquire wealth in the most preposterous or crazy ways. Great risks go hand in hand with great gains. Saturn in Gemini in the 12th shows much secretive activity involving books, learning, education, communication, paper, and printing.
